People turn to counseling for a variety of reasons. A necessary feature of counseling and therapy is the collaborative relationship between the therapist and client (s), and is based on mutual respect, trust and agreed upon treatments goals. When a therapist relationship has been established, counseling and therapy can be effective in helping people with anxiety, depression, self-esteem and body issues, school problems, self-harm and family or social relationships. Each session is dedicated to you working on you bettering yourself, solving problems, finding relief from stressors and discovering ways to grow that you may have never expected.
